Get into a patriotic mood with “A Capitol Fourth 2011,” which airs at 8 tonight on PBS. Honoring the country’s 235th birthday, the concert will be hosted by Emmy-winning actor Jimmy Smits. Viewers can also expect performances from comedian Steve Martin, Matthew Morrison of “Glee,” rock ‘n’ roll legend Little Richard and pop star and “American Idol” winner Jordin Sparks.
