FX’s irreverent comedy “Louie” is one of the funniest shows on television. Get ready to laugh some more when comedian and star Louis C.K. returns with a second season of offbeat encounters and observations at 10:30 tonight. In the opener, C.K. succumbs to the pressure to be a better parent than his ex-wife and so he cooks up an elaborate and scrumptious-looking dinner for his daughters. The episode also features his sister Gretchen (Rusty Schwimmer), who is pregnant and rife with personal drama.
