NEW YORK (AP) Andrew Lincoln, who plays Sheriff Rick Grimes in “The Walking Dead,” loves a secret.He said in an interview Wednesday that he’s told no one not even his wife the answer to what’s become the biggest mystery of the AMC zombie drama What scientist Dr. Jenner whispered to Rick in the first season’s finale. Lincoln said he feels like he’s being true to his character in the show by not giving away the secret.
Lincoln hinted that what Dr. Jenner whispered was not good news. The actor pointed out that the whisper came from an expert on what turned people into zombies and the doctor gave up the will the live.
The series continues Sunday at 9 p.m. Eastern.
